Deadline tracking — automated reminders for deliverables, campaigns, and milestones
Your team shouldn't spend their mornings scrolling through spreadsheets figuring out what's due today. SocialGrow tracks every deadline — deliverables, approvals, contract signatures, invoices — and surfaces exactly what needs attention right now, across all clients.
What Gets Tracked
- Content deliverables. When is each reel, post, or story due from the creator?
- Review deadlines. When does the agency need to approve or request revisions by?
- Go-live dates. When is content scheduled to be posted? Was it actually posted?
- Contract signatures. Has the creator signed? Is the contract past its signing deadline?
- Invoice due dates. Which creator payments are due this week? Which are overdue?
- Campaign milestones. Start dates, mid-campaign check-ins, wrap-up reports.
The "Needs Attention" Dashboard
One screen that answers "what do I need to deal with right now?"
- Overdue (red). Every item past its deadline, sorted by days overdue. Deliverable 5 days late? Contract unsigned for 2 weeks? You'll see it first.
- Due today (amber). Everything with a deadline today. Approvals, posts, payments — so nothing slips.
- Upcoming (this week). Everything due in the next 7 days. Plan your team's week in one view.
Automated Reminders
Set reminder rules once. Let the system handle follow-ups:
- Pre-deadline reminder. Notify your team (and optionally the creator) X days before the deadline.
- On-deadline reminder. A nudge on the day itself — "Priya's reel draft is due today."
- Post-deadline escalation. If overdue by Y days, escalate — notify the account manager or send a follow-up to the creator.
You can configure different rules per campaign or use global defaults applied to every new campaign. Every reminder is logged — you have a complete audit trail of every follow-up sent.
Auto-Detection of Missed Posts
SocialGrow doesn't just check your internal status — it cross-checks against Instagram. When a scheduled post passes its go-live date, the system checks if the post actually exists on Instagram. If it doesn't, the deliverable is flagged as missed and highlighted red. You know within hours — not days later when the brand client asks "did that post go up?"
