How do we connect a client’s account?+
Create the client workspace and authorize the Instagram professional account through Meta OAuth. SocialGrow does not ask for the Instagram password.
What happens if the account is already connected personally?+
The owner explicitly confirms the transfer. Existing AutoDM workflows and account history remain attached; creator-only YouTube cross-posting settings are cleared during the move.
