Use Case

Track every creator deliverable — kanban board with deadline alerts

Know exactly where every piece of content stands across every campaign and every creator. Drag to update status, filter by campaign or creator, and never miss a deadline — overdue items are highlighted in red with automated reminders.

How the Kanban Works

  1. Each deliverable starts in Draft — brief sent, creator working on content.
  2. Creator submits content → card moves to In Review.
  3. Agency reviews → Approved or Revision Requested (with comments on what to fix).
  4. Content is approved → card moves to Scheduled with a go-live date.
  5. After the post goes live → card moves to Live. Performance data starts flowing in.
  6. After payment is processed → card moves to Paid. Done.

Reconciling Payables Against Deliverables

The kanban links directly to your payout workflow. When content hits "Live," it becomes payable. Filter by "Live but Unpaid" to see exactly which creators need payment for which content. No more paying for content that was never posted. No more chasing creators for invoices on deliverables that are still in revision.
