How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of all data associated with your SocialGrow account, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] from the email address you used to sign up for SocialGrow.
  2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
  3. In the body, include the Instagram username(s) of the connected account(s) you want deleted (e.g. @yourbusiness). This helps us verify your identity.
  4. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email containing a unique deletion confirmation code.

What Data Is Deleted

Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

  • Your account profile and personal information
  • All connected Instagram accounts and their access tokens
  • Stored messages, comments, and conversations
  • Workflow rules, templates, and automation logs
  • Analytics and insights data
  • Subscription and billing information

Data Deletion Callback

If you arrived here after removing SocialGrow from your Facebook Apps & Websites settings, your data deletion request has been received. Please email [email protected] with the email address associated with your SocialGrow account to complete the process.
