Keep the contact, not just the conversation
A DM that gets read is nice. A DM that leaves you with an email address is a customer you can reach again. SocialGrow can ask for a contact detail inside the automation, check what comes back is real, and file it.

Know which link they actually pressed
Every link button in a DM is tracked individually, so you can tell the difference between “they opened the DM” and “they went to the checkout page”. Crawler and preview traffic is filtered out before it reaches your numbers.

Built the way Meta asks for
Automation tools get accounts restricted when they fake being a browser. SocialGrow doesn't do that, and there's no setting that would let it.

No browser automation, no scraping, no unofficial endpoints. Every Instagram permission SocialGrow uses was reviewed and approved by Meta.
OAuth, never your password
You connect through Meta’s own login. We receive a token, never credentials, and you can revoke it from Instagram at any time.
Encrypted tokens at rest
Access tokens are encrypted in storage and used only to perform the actions your automations describe.
Rate limits respected
Sends are queued at natural intervals inside Instagram’s published limits, so automation never looks like spam to Meta.
