Keep the contact, not just the conversation
A DM that gets read is nice. A DM that leaves you with an email address is a customer you can reach again. SocialGrow can ask for an email or phone number, check that it looks real, and save it for you.

Know which link they actually pressed
Every link button in a DM is tracked individually, so you can tell the difference between “they opened the DM” and “they went to the checkout page”. Crawler and preview traffic is filtered out before it reaches your numbers.
