How to manage multiple Instagram accounts

You can connect multiple Instagram accounts and work with one selected account at a time.

Add another Instagram account

1. Open Accounts in the workspace section of the sidebar.
2. Choose Add Instagram or Connect another Instagram.
3. Complete Meta’s authorization flow for the account you want to add.

Each connected account appears as its own workspace in SocialGrow. Its AutoDMs, leads, and other account data remain separate.

Switch the active account

Use the account selector at the top of the sidebar. The selected account controls which account’s dashboard data and automations you are viewing.

If a page looks empty, check the selected account before creating a new workflow.

Disconnect an account

Open Accounts, open the actions menu for the Instagram account, and choose Disconnect account. All AutoDMs for that account stop immediately. Disconnect only when you are sure you no longer want that account connected.
